In 2020, Mr. Ludowig transitioned into private practice, serving as Empower Pharmacy’s General Counsel for 3 years. During that same period, Mr. Ludowig oversaw the Company’s legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs initiatives at various intervals, which helped aid the Company in substantial year-over-year growth.
